Admin Executive
· Manage and oversee all Administrative tasks, including office operations, facilities management and resource allocation.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of legal and compliance matters.
· Possess excellent writing skills, enabling them to draft clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) incorporating necessary legal clauses.
· This role will also be instrumental in driving digitalization efforts, including the creation of engaging presentation slides using AI-powered tools and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, along with databases including Microsoft Access.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Organize Body & Paint Training for all relevant staff to attend professional courses and obtain required certifications, in collaboration with HR to claim HRDF.
· Coordinating with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
· Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, tools, and equipment, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and requirements.
· Manage budgeting and financial reporting with precision, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for optimal impact.
· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve operational efficiency and drive innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
