  • Working Location: M3 Warehouse, Ground Floor, Unit 1.3 Of Mapletree, Logistics Hub, Lot 38271, Persiaran Jubli Perak, Seksyen 22, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor.
  • Working Hour: Must able to work on Weekly Rotational Shift (follow supervisor schedule)
  • Mon-Fri : 7am-4pm/3pm – 12am

Sat : 7am-12pm/12pm-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proof Of Delivery (POD Chop Sign) and Transport Billing

Received & Completion of Daily DO Chop Sign update in system.

Check and ensure billing quantity and rate are correct.

  • POD Discrepancies (Rejection)

Follow Up with Finance on CN and update CN number into Report: List of POD Discrepancy.

Update Invoice cancel into Report: List of Invoice Cancellation.

  • Daily Operation – Circulate Report

Daily Load Plan to Sales Team.

Daily Upload to SAP.

  • Daily Operation – Trade Return Collection

Circulate via email to Transporter for collection arrangement.

Trade Return Collection Report: Timely follow up to ensure Trade Return Collection completed until CN issued.

  • Daily Documentation to Customer

DO, Invoice, PO & Return Note sorting and folding into envelope.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistic industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
  • Deal with lorry driver, incharge for logistic side
  • Excellent with SAP.
  • Excellent with Excel.
  • Work on Shift Schedule
