  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of IT systems.
  • Support the IT team with software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Respond professionally to user inquiries and technical support requests.
  • Document technical processes and maintain IT inventory.
  • Participate actively in IT-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Tamil .
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Must be available to start at the beginning of April 2025.
