Job Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. This role ensures the company’s financial stability and supports strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Accounting & Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Cash Flow & Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Compliance & Internal Controls:
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Liaise with external auditors for audits and financial compliance reviews.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to ensure professional growth and compliance with best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,900.00 per month
