  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out and reinstatement processes between internal and external parties.
  • Monitor and review tenant design submissions for compliance with retail mall standards, local legislation, and the mall's risk requirements while adhering to fit-out schedules.
  • Liaise closely with leasing and facilities management for new tenant onboarding and tenant change requests.
  • Take full accountability for all aspects of tenants' fit-out works from design submission to site renovation, ensuring completion within challenging timelines.
  • Conduct fit-out gap findings and remedy closures during pre-opening inspections.
  • Maintain up-to-date filing of fit-out related matters.
  • Handle contractor work permit approvals, documentation and filing.
  • Act as the representative between the company and tenants on fit-out related matters. Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Administrative Duties

  • Ensure that all timelines and schedules are executed on time.
  • Ensure all image, artwork elements & layout creation are not copyright infringement.
  • Effective coordination on all promotional and publicity requirements for events and that information are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers etc.
  • Maintain and upkeep design working files archive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines.
  • Have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of working experience in shopping centre fit-out, with knowledge of facilities and equipment maintenance being an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with local statutory compliances related to fit-out.
  • Proficient with MS Office, other Office applications, and CAD software.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
