Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office in Bandar Bukit Puchong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functions, coordinating with various departments, and supporting management in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails, as well as greet and assist visitors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external vendors when necessary.
  • Handle confidential information and ensure office security protocols are followed.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting financial records.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Location: Bandar Bukit Puchong
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
