  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Company

Client is a fast-growing fintech company providing modern financial services. We are looking for an in-house IT Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, user support, and effective communication with developers and partners for API integrations. The role also includes coordinating the iSMS certification process with an external vendor.

Responsibilities

1. User Support (50 Employees):

  • Ensure the seamless operation of employee workstations (Windows/MacOS);
  • Set up and maintain office networks, VPN, and IP telephony;
  • Administer internal services (Google Workspace, corporate messengers, and other SaaS solutions);
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues;
  • Manage system and service access rights.

2. Communication with Developers and API Integration Partners:

  • Liaise with in-house developers and external partners on API integrations;
  • Test and debug integrations;
  • Manage API access and monitor integration performance;
  • Document integration processes and system interactions.

3. iSMS Certification Process:

  • Coordinate the iSMS certification process with an external vendor;
  • Prepare required documentation and participate in audits;
  • Implement and monitor compliance with information security requirements;
  • Set up and maintain security monitoring systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support;
  • Basic understanding of API (REST, SOAP, Postman, cURL);
  • Knowledge of network security principles and data protection;
  • Experience in Windows/Linux server administration (basic tasks);
  • Familiarity with access management systems (IAM, Active Directory, or similar);
  • English proficiency for technical communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in security certification processes (ISO 27001, iSMS, PCI DSS, etc.);
  • Background in fintech or related industries;
  • Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
