Business Development Executive (Reseller & Dealer Growth)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our reseller and dealer network. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and growing business partnerships. Young executives with strong people skills and at least 1 year of experience in business development or sales are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and dealers to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers and dealers to enhance loyalty and sales performance.
- Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to help resellers and dealers effectively promote our products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost growth.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional initiatives to support reseller sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and successful reseller programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or channel management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a keen interest in business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and business development processes.
- Experience in the wellness, health, or supplements industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred) to communicate with a diverse range of resellers and dealers.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
