Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist Maintenance Executive by reporting on the performance of third party maintenance contractor and other related service providers on periodic basis.
  • Assist ensuring thatall renovation/repair works are carried in accordance with prescribed building rules and regulations while maintaining good customer relationships related to day-to-day operations of the building operation.
  • Carry out daily basic checks on all main and sub electrical & water meters to ensure building is in good operation.
  • Ensure the good housekeeping of all M&E rooms, risers, store, plant rooms and all related area.
  • Perform corrective & preventive planned maintenance tasks as instructed by superiors.
  • Conducts routine inspection on structural & electrical basis of the building to ensure correct operation.
  • Take charge of repairing and replacement of various types of cement/concrete/grouting portion of the wall and floor and also plumbing valves.
  • Follow and obey building procedures, safety rules and regulation of company.
  • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

Scope

  • Focus on the operational matters within the building operation and services. Ensure deliverables of support services.
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor/ Maintenance Executive on purchasing consumable item and recommend items which good value for money.

  • Good technical knowledge and skill.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must display professionalism and confidence.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Willing to work shift or long hours to suite the building operational needs.

Person Specification

  • Posses at least a certificate in any technical basis course from recognize institution.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
