  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Contact policyholders with overdue balances through phone calls, emails, and written communication.
  • Make timely and effective follow-ups on overdue premiums, late fees, or unpaid claims to ensure they are collected promptly.
  • Implement structured payment plans for customers unable to pay in full, and track all arrangements made.
  • Maintain a high success rate in debt recovery while keeping a customer-first approach
  • Continuously monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and update the status regularly.
  • Work closely with the collections team to create and execute strategies for managing aged debt.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports of collections activities and outstanding balances to the Collections Manager.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Work with the Collections Manager to set personal and team goals and contribute to achieving departmental targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
