  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our big family. You will be responsible for handling HR & recruitment activities including advertising for job vacancies, EPF & SOCSO contributions processing, staff attendance, issuance of medical / insurance cards & staff termination letters

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle recruitment by posting, screening, interviewing from effective job channel’s.
  • Check staff attendance, leave records, medical limits.
  • Check staff claims and prepare payment upload.
  • Prepare HR Letter.
  • Arrange training and perform HRDC grant apply from e-tris system.
  • To propose staff events/ staff bonding activities.
  • To involve in Payroll preparation.
  • To liaise with government statutory when required: KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC etc.
  • To support office administration, assist other task assign by superior from time to time.
  • Support of other Human Resource Team members as required
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • On-site support (If required).

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant.

  • At least 3 years working experience as a Human Resource.
  • We prefer candidates willing to learn attitude and dedicated.
  • Judge fair, meticulous.
  • Office located at Cyberjaya, Selangor
  • Monday to Friday only 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
