JOB OVERVIEW

The role requires you to manage financial matters in the company. This will be responsible for period end close activities, intercompany transactions, bank transactions, balance sheet reconciliation, financial and management reporting, local statutory and tax support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process data entry in accounting software upon receipt or cash-out activities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Reconciliation of Debtor and Creditor Accounts, and assisting with a variety of accounting reconciliations as required, including /prepayments, accruals, petty cash and staff accounts
  • Processing expense claims after review
  • Managing petty cash and cash travel advances for staff
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures.
  • Submission EPF, SOCSO, EIS,PCB on time.
  • Performing day to day accounting operations.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
  • Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures.
  • Support of other Finance Team members as required
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • On-site support (If required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
