Event Coordination
Coordinate event with the internal team, size of event range from big corporate events to small private gatherings.
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menus, and special requests.
Oversee transportation, deliveries, venue setup, decorations, and necessary arrangements to ensure smooth delivery of the event.
Ensure smooth guest experience.
Catering Management
Work with the kitchen team to enhance catering menus and portioning, oversee on food costing with head chef
Coordinate food and beverage logistics, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
Manage catering staff, outsources, ensuring excellent service and food presentation & quality.
Monitor inventory and assist in overseeing supplies and order for catering events with kitchen team.
Operations & Budget Management
Sensitive in catering budgets and maintain cost efficiency.
On-Site Execution & Problem-Solving
Supervise event setup, food service, and teardown.
Troubleshoot last-minute issues to ensure smooth operations.
Collect client feedback and recommend improvements for future events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
