Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate records of student enrollments, payments, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule driving lessons with instructors and students.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Prepare and organize training materials for driving courses
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students and prospective drivers, providing courteous and helpful assistance.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide accurate information regarding our driving courses and schedules.
  • Assist students with the registration process and ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with driving instructors to schedule lessons and maintain an up-to-date calendar.
  • Send reminders to students about upcoming lessons and ensure timely communication.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, lesson completion, and exam results.
  • Prepare reports related to student attendance, performance, and feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of financial transactions and provide regular reports to management.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
