Work Hours:

Part-time or full-time, depending on the studio schedule and class times.

Job scope:

  • Welcoming all of our clients, and personally showing them around the studio.
  • Provide information about class schedules, pricing, and studio policies.
  • Assist clients with class bookings and cancellations.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with relevant materials such as brochures, water, and towels.
  • Keep the studio’s retail area stocked and tidy.
  • Answering Chats, Facebook, and Instagram Messages.
  • Assisting with filming video content.
  • Assisting with data entry, license applications, and assorted tasks.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages from the café section of the studio.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks while adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of operating barista equipment and making beverages (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Ability to multitask and handle both front desk responsibilities and barista tasks efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the friendly, welcoming environment of Serene Pilates.
