About the role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will focus on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing social media in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate has strong writing, graphic design, and video editing skills using tools like Canva and Capcut and is experienced in driving engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. If you're passionate about creating impactful content, optimizing performance metrics, and managing events to build brand awareness, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Implementation Support:

· Executing the marketing plans and campaigns to meet business objectives.

· Generating leads through online and offline campaigns.

· Overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.

Marketing Campaign Support:

· Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, events, etc.).

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

· Implement a dynamic social media strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Meta to boost brand awareness and engagement.

· Develop and optimize targeted campaigns, focusing on budget management and performance metrics.

· Monitor campaign performance and gather data for reporting purposes.

Content Creation and Support:

· Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures and digital ads using Canva.

· Proofread, review content for consistency, and ensure brand standards are met.

· Manage the organization's social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics.

· Create high-quality videos for Meta, Instagram, XHS, and TikTok, including promotional content and tutorials using Canva and Capcut.

· Collaborate with the team to develop scripts and storyboards that resonate with our audience.

Good-to-know:

· Occasional travelling is required to KL (1 - 2 times per month)
