Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Admin Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and providing support to the HR department. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Support in the preparation and execution of employee performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Support the HR team with payroll processing and ensure the accurate entry of attendance and leave data.
- Help employees with benefits-related questions and assist in managing the enrollment process.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain various HR documents and reports.
- Support with managing HR systems and databases.
- General Administration:
- Perform office administrative duties, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
- Provide assistance in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Handle any other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and legal requirements (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,016.56 - RM3,000.00 per month
