Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies across digital, ATL (Above The Line), and social media platforms, including TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, performance marketing, media planning, and content creation to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing (Including TikTok Marketing):

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.

2. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, etc.) to optimize ROI and conversion rates.

3. Lead TikTok marketing efforts, including content creation, influencer collaborations, viral trends, and ad campaigns to maximize brand reach and engagement.

4. Oversee website management, UX/UI improvements, and landing page optimization to enhance the customer journey.

5. Implement and track marketing automation, CRM campaigns, and retargeting strategies to improve customer retention.

6. Analyze marketing data and create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

ATL (Above The Line) Marketing:

1. Plan and execute mass media campaigns (TV, radio, print, billboards, OOH advertising) to build brand awareness.

2. Work closely with media agencies to develop advertising strategies and negotiate media placements.

3. Develop integrated marketing campaigns that align digital and ATL strategies for maximum reach and impact.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine ATL marketing approaches.

5. Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ensuring that marketing budgets are spent efficiently.

TikTok & Social Media Strategy:

1. Develop TikTok-specific content strategies that align with the brand’s identity and target audience.

2. Work with content creators and influencers to create engaging and viral TikTok content. 3. Leverage TikTok trends, challenges, and user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand visibility.

4. Optimize TikTok Ads, including Spark Ads and In-Feed Ads, for brand awareness and conversions.

5. Track and analyze TikTok performance, identifying insights to improve future campaigns.

Brand & Strategy Management:

1. Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

2. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies with business goals. 3. Identify new market trends, customer insights, and innovative marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility.

Team & Vendor Management:

1. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

2. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, creative designers, and influencers.

3. Oversee budget allocation, ensuring cost-effective spending across marketing channels.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both Digital and ATL Marketing.

3. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing (including TikTok), and email marketing.

4. Experience in TV, radio, print, and OOH media planning and execution.

5. Proven success in TikTok marketing, including organic growth, influencer collaborations, and ad strategies.

6. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking software.

7. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, finance, or tech industries.

2. Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and marketing automation tools.

3. Familiarity with PR, influencer marketing, and corporate partnerships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
