EXECUTIVE, REGISTRY OFFICE - KL CITY CENTRE
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process incoming applications for internal and external programs by assessing
qualifications to ensure students meet the minimum entry qualification and the
completeness and authenticity of the documents.
Liaise with Partner University on pre-assessment matters for undergraduate and
postgraduate programs.
Enroll new student into Blackboard (BB) web and SMS orientation invitation to new intake
students,
Process Scholarship application receive from Marketing.
Process Credit Transfer application from School and Marketing Department.
Issuance of offer letter and disseminating the offer letter/acceptance of offer/T&C for
internal and external programs (both local and international students).
Conducting orientation registration and briefing for new students.
In charge of uploading student's application documents into the partner University online
application portal for undergraduate/postgraduate programs.
Check and activate new students in the Campus Management System (CMS) after the
orientation and short courses in CMS SMRC system.
Generate student ID card upon student activations.
Create and maintain digital student files upon completion of application documents.
Key in and update student application information in the master shuttle sheet (CMS) and
update student's profile into e-IPTS system.
Issuance of confirmation letter for all students upon request.
Issuance of termination letter to the students.
To verify English results e.g MUET/IELTS/TOEFL/LINGUASKILL through online verification
portal.
Preparing documents and issue letter for PTPTN waiver students.
Update students statuses in CMS system based on the adjustment forms received from
School and Marketing.
Assist in preparation for graduation matters and update Tracer Study for graduated
students.
Process documentation of transfer in and out applications to other SEGi campuses.
To comply and carry out any other ad hoc activity or duty assigned by the HOD/Supervisor
which is found to be in line with the organization’s objective and goal and ensure
compliance to ISO procedures and organization policies.
To carry out such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the
Principal or designated representative acting on behalf of SEGi College Kuala Lumpur.
OTHER DUTIES
To perform such other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Vice
Chancellor / Deputy Vice Chancellor / Dean / HOD/ Immediate Superior or designated
representative on behalf of SEGi College Kuala Lumpur.
To conduct yourself at all times, including outside office hours, in a manner befitting the image and good name of SEGi College Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
