  • Experience as an Admin or Personal Assistant is a plus.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and confidentiality handling.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office tasks like filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for Director.
  • Assist with personal and business-related errands.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports.
  • Support HR tasks like payroll documents preparation, recruitment coordination and etc.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Performs any tasks as assigned.
