- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks like filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for Director.
- Assist with personal and business-related errands.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Support HR tasks like payroll documents preparation, recruitment coordination and etc.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Performs any tasks as assigned.
