  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage the company's financial records, transactions and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be well-versed in accounting principles and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable & receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax submissions (SST, GST, etc.).
  • Monitor company expenses, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee claims.
  • Support management with financial analysis and insights.
  • Prepare accurate daily sales reporting and monthly GTO reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards & taxation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & financial analysis.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented & able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
