
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
1.Responding to customer inquiries: Customer Support and Service representatives are responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
2.Providing product or service information: They provide customers with accurate and detailed information about the products or services offered by the organization.
3.Resolving customer issues: They work to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to problems and answering questions.
4.Escalating complex issues: If a customer issue cannot be resolved by the representative, they escalate the issue to a higher level of support or management.
5.Maintaining customer records: They maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, including customer feedback and complaints.
6.Identifying opportunities for improvement: They analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services, as well as in customer support and service processes.
7.Collaborating with other departments: They work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
