Account Manager in Healthcare Industry (Full-Time) - Hybrid, Cantonese Speaking
We are one of the leading medical marketing agencies, specializing in pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Our team collaborates with global pharmaceutical companies, creating impactful campaigns that connect with healthcare professionals and patients. In 2024, we expanded into the Asian market, including Malaysia. As a Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving successful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to pitch different marketing projects or campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects or campaigns. Ensure quality implementation and timely delivery
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches
- Create visually appealing reports and presentations for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years in a client servicing role within a marketing, event, or advertising agency, with connections in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills (Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong numerical mindset and eagerness to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with advertising and social media campaigns is an added value
