Job Description
- Identify and order car parts needed for repairs and place orders with suppliers.
- Receive the delivered spare parts and confirm the corresponding purchase order in terms of quantity, specification and condition (no damage).
- Arrange the received spare parts in the designated storage location.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Microsoft Excel or related software including details, quantities and costs.
- Monthly stock taking to ensure recorded inventory matches the actual stock on hand.
- Update parts cost prices in the inventory system to ensure accurate costs for repairs.
- Make number plates according to JPJ standards.
Job Requirement
- At least High School Graduate, Diploma in Automotive field or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months to a year of warehousing or related experience.
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledgeable about automotive parts.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia verbally and writing to communicate clearly with suppliers, Managers and colleagues.
- Good organizational skills to manage inventory.
- Proficient in using computers for inventory management software such as Microsoft Excel and related software.
- Have good counting skills to count inventory, check and update costs.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
