Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining machines and equipment, performing welding tasks, and demonstrating basic electrical and mechanical skills. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient operation and functionality of various machinery and equipment.

Job Description

1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose faults in machines and equipment.

2. Repair and maintain machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and welding repairs.

3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing worn-out parts.

4. Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure proper functioning of machines and equipment.

5. Follow technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to understand equipment specifications and repair procedures.

6. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment condition.

7. Comply with safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements

1. SPM or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Technician or similar role, with a focus on repairing and maintaining machines and equipment.

3. Strong knowledge and experience in welding techniques and practices.

4. Basic understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.

5. Proficient mechanical skills and the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.

6. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

2. Additional certifications or training in specific equipment or machinery repairs.

3. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to machine maintenance and repair.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
