  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Junior Digital Platforms Executive to manage and enhance our WordPress website and WooCommerce platform. This role involves content management, e-commerce operations, server administration, technical SEO, and leveraging AI tools for digital content creation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Website Management

  • Manage, update, and optimize the company’s WordPress website.
  • Regularly add and maintain articles, blog posts, product information, and other relevant company updates.
  • Build websites from scratch using WordPress, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness across all devices.
  • Update website features regularly using third-party platform plugins.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality issues to ensure smooth performance and transaction processes.
  • Collect and analyze website performance data for continuous improvement.

2. E-commerce Development (WooCommerce)

  • Develop and maintain e-commerce features on the WordPress site using WooCommerce.
  • Integrate third-party platforms and plugins to enhance website performance and functionality.
  • Manage and update product listings to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and images.
  • Troubleshoot e-commerce issues to ensure smooth customer transactions.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, recommending improvements to boost sales and optimize performance.
  • Strategize, set up, administer, and report on Sales Funnels and Customer Communication Funnels.
  • Optimize website speed, load times, and ensure SEO-friendliness.

3. Server Administration

  • Communicate with and assist server providers in managing server performance.
  • Monitor and report on server data and performance.
  • Ensure optimal mail server/SMTP performance.
  • Manage and oversee department and staff emails.

4. AI Utilization for Productivity

  • Optimize the use of AI tools for graphic design, video animation, and content writing to increase efficiency.

5. Technical Proficiency & Survey Management

  • Utilize tools and features in WordPress and WooCommerce to maintain top site functionality.
  • Possess knowledge in video, graphic design, and content creation to produce multimedia content using AI.
  • Use SEO tools (such as SEMrush and Google Console) to analyze and enhance website rankings.
  • Oversee technical surveys conducted by vendors, monitoring for data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and data teams to design surveys that capture valuable insights.
  • Analyze survey data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance products and customer satisfaction.

6. Technical SEO

  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, site structure improvement, schema markup, and performance enhancements.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and address issues related to indexing, crawlability, and page load speed.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Web Development: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and WooCommerce management.
  • Performance Optimization: Skilled in third-party integrations and optimizing website performance (speed, security, mobile responsiveness).
  • Content Creation & Design: Experienced in video production, graphic design, and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI platforms).
  • Data Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Console, and analyzing web and server performance data.
  • AI & Digital Marketing: Familiar with AI tools for content creation and digital marketing best practices, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience
  • Diploma / Degree in IT, Web Development, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing WordPress and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills and awareness of current social media trends.
  • Malaysian citizen only.
