  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Barista to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kiosk operations for efficiency and smooth service.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
  • Train and lead kiosk staff in service, coffee preparation, and hygiene practices.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality meets hygiene and safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate sales records, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Promote kiosk offerings, implement sales strategies, and engage customers to boost sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness, adhere to health regulations, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Plan and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage.
  • Address operational issues, find solutions, and improve kiosk efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
