Tasks & responsibilities
- Handling E-invoicing
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Enter and verify the accuracy of financial transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and other reconciling tasks as needed
- Maintain accuracy and organized financial records and documents
- Handling month end / year end stock take tasks as needed
- Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Financial Accounting
- Minimum three years’ experience in field of accounting
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Good command written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be added advantage.
- Familiar with accounting invoicing software / Microsoft Office
- Able to work independent
- Well organized and disciplined
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
