Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handling E-invoicing
  • Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Enter and verify the accuracy of financial transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations and other reconciling tasks as needed
  • Maintain accuracy and organized financial records and documents
  • Handling month end / year end stock take tasks as needed
  • Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Financial Accounting
  • Minimum three years’ experience in field of accounting
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Good command written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be added advantage.
  • Familiar with accounting invoicing software / Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independent
  • Well organized and disciplined

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
