We are looking for a confident & organised administrator with front line experience supporting customers & internal team support on Stock control, orders, purchases, invoicing.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support to Management administrative requirements

Support to walk in customers on Copy Centre services and some cashier responsibilities.

Answering phones & assisting with enquiries

Ordering Stock, assisting to implement systems for cross checking, accountability on all stock issued out or received in the company with the support of management and training.

Experience with MYOB, Autocount or similar.

Must have your own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
