Gym Admin. Assistant
Operation Administrator General Job Scope (work by shift) :
- In charge of Membership (sales record, sales report,SI/retention/autodebit,retails)
- Prepare sales report,SI report, commission report, outstanding report
- Inform and collect Outstanding/retention for monthly member
- In charge of key in membership sales, create packages, generate billings, mbrshp data enquiry
- Ensure cash sales keep safe in Cash Register
- In charge of any membership promo or voucher promo on going
- Bank in daily sales when necessary
- In charge of agreement to be used in sequence/report void or missing agreement
- Ensure agreement/receipt or forms in safe keeping and in order
- Assist MC to complete the Membership sales requirement
- Do customer service at counter (greet customer, answer enquiry, check validity membership,ect)
- Learn and check for error of the Mesoft system
- Back up person to process the Suspension/Termination request
- Back up to ensure paperwork available ((Mbrsp agr,suspension/termination/forms for Counter 1 & 2/etc)
- Assist Accounts Department for Data Posting for fitness
- Execute operation & administration work as instructed by superior or management
Job Type: Full-time
