JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS AN Executive, Sales
As a Sales Executive at AirAsia, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with travel agents. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for the travel industry.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and onboard new travel agents to expand AirAsia's distribution network
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting AirAsia's products and services to travel agents
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies to drive growth
Support and Training:
Provide product training and support to travel agents, ensuring they are well-informed about AirAsia's offerings, policies, and systems
Address agent inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service quality
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to execute promotional campaigns and improve the overall customer experience
Gather feedback from travel agents to enhance services and align strategies with market needs
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Use data-driven insights to recommend actionable strategies for achieving sales goals
WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or aviation industry
Strong knowledge of the travel agency landscape and distribution channels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets
