Position : Application Support Specialist

Job summary
Provide support and maintenance of software applications for customers to streamline their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Undergo training for job knowledge transfer.
- Assist with onsite and remote system installations, particularly for new clients, ensuring project readiness (overseas travel may be required).
- Participate in standby shifts as per the duty roster to provide remote user support.
- Conduct onsite and remote training for clients and present product features to both new and existing clients.
- Develop and prepare documentation, including software user guides, customization requests, and software testing reports.
- Provide user support for Point-of-Sales (POS) systems and technical issues, including remote troubleshooting and debugging.
- Track, follow up, and resolve customer issues using the ticketing system.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in an IT-related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of SQL commands and networking tools.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
