  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Application Support Specialist

Location : Kepong

Working Days / Time : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job summary

Provide support and maintenance of software applications for customers to streamline their business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Undergo training for job knowledge transfer.
  • Assist with onsite and remote system installations, particularly for new clients, ensuring project readiness (overseas travel may be required).
  • Participate in standby shifts as per the duty roster to provide remote user support.
  • Conduct onsite and remote training for clients and present product features to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and prepare documentation, including software user guides, customization requests, and software testing reports.
  • Provide user support for Point-of-Sales (POS) systems and technical issues, including remote troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Track, follow up, and resolve customer issues using the ticketing system.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in an IT-related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL commands and networking tools.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
