Pawland is seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team! As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Your role includes bathing, trimming, styling, and ensuring the overall well-being of pets in a safe and stress-free environment. If you love animals and have an eye for detail, we want you to be part of our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, de-matting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and styling according to breed standards or customer requests.
  • Assess pet conditions and communicate any health concerns to pet owners.
  • Ensure all pets are handled with care and compassion, creating a stress-free grooming experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, following sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building positive relationships with pet owners and understanding their grooming preferences.
  • Keep records of grooming services performed and any special instructions for future visits.
  • Stay up to date with the latest grooming trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Adhere to Pawland’s policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional grooming environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or completion of a certified pet grooming program preferred.
  • Certified Level C in pet grooming is required.
  • Knowledge of different breed cuts, coat types, and grooming techniques.
  • Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with patience and care.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift pets when necessary.
  • Passion for working with animals and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
