We’re looking for a Digital Marketer to grow with HERBLISS!

Location: Kubang Kerian, Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Position: Digital Marketer

Working Day/Hour: Saturday to Thursday (8.30 am - 5.00 pm)

Salary: RM1700-RM2000 + Commission

REQUIREMENTS:

Skilled in building landing pages & managing digital marketing.

Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.

Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.

Good attitude and well-organised (Know how to plan, monitor, record, analyze campaign).

Able to manage FB Ads/IG Ads/Tiktok Ads/Shopee Ads.

Able to contribute creative ideas for the products.

Able to start working immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning, monitoring, recording and analyzing FB Ads/IG Ads/Tiktok Ads campaigns.

Managing FB Ads/Ig Ads/Tiktok Ads (allocate and monitor budgets for each campaign).

Experienced in paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) or free cost marketing.

Conducting research on previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't, and what can be improved.

Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, social media and warehouse to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing initiatives.

Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Analyse social media performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and digital marketing.
