  • Guide customers through the entire onboarding process, from sign-up to their first transaction. Assist them with registration, account verification, account setup, and demonstrate how IT can add value to their business.
  • Ensure the onboarding experience is seamless and enjoyable.
  • Take ownership of early-stage engagement metrics for startup customers, including conversion, engagement, and customer NPS.
  • Ensure all client records comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulations within required timeframes.
  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of collected and verified KYC data.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients.
  • At least Diploma and above
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin & English
  • At least 2 years of work experience in onboarding, customer success, or a similar role,
  • Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner
  • Passionate about communication and interacting with people is key to success in this role
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and go the ‘extra mile’ for self-improvement
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or annoyed
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations
  • Willing to work on rotational shift 24/7
