  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

LOCATION: Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya

MISSION:
- Guarantee right and timely customer invoicing of products and services by application of accurate prices and commercial conditions.
- Contributes to improve the data quality by analyzing, creating, updating, removing data values in the system application of his/her perimeter.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Data Management / Data Analyze:
- Creates and updates customer accounts
- Ensures that product & services referentials are updated in ERP to run O2C process
- Ensures the integry and quality of data in the data system applications, in compliance with the related governing rules by analyzing, updating and cleansing data (territory management, ...)
- Sets up and guarantees CTC's rules application and alerts Sales Management in case of deviation
- Assist to creates, proposes and maintains end-to-end dashboard (PowerBI, ..)
- Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance data management and quality

2. Sales Administration:
- Creates credit notes
- Manages requests by providing appropriate answer, closing the loop with customer and for value flow domain by implementing corrective actions to eliminate recurrences

3. Legal, fiscal and internal control rules
- Ensures the internal control compliance of his/her perimeter
- Recommends actions and evolution to improve the efficiency of work methods, internal control compliance and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience from relevant administration background
- Excel is a must
- Attention to detail for accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
