  • Work with HOD/SMT to plan, implement, manage and monitor the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Work with HOD/SMT to plan and implement content marketing, online promotions and advertising through social media, digital media, KOL etc. to increase online sales, lead generation, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, marketing team and designers to prepare content, images, videos and copy to attract target audiences.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to complete assigned tasks
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web tools (Social Media Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Work with the HOD/SMT to manage and maintain the company's websites across multiple languages and domains. Ensure continuous uptime and SEO optimisation (including desktop and mobile).
  • Work with HOD/SMT to increase website visitors through SEO to increase lead generation, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth updates of marketing products/services, content and campaigns within the required timeframe.
  • Develop new website pages and landing pages to meet new content and advertising requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective search engine optimisation (SEO) for both on-page and off-page improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide the content marketing team
  • Review and resolve technical website and SEO issues
  • Collect data, report on traffic, rankings and other related SEO matters
  • Plan and optimise website UX/UI
  • Improve user interface and website performance and identify UX issues
  • Experience with tools such as WordPress, Elementor, Yoast, WP Rocket, Google Analytics, SemRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, HTML, etc.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct detailed keyword research & SEO analysis for the website to identify opportunities for both on-page and off-page improvements/optimisation.
  • Maintain strict control over user access to the company's digital assets to prevent unauthorised use.
  • Deliver monthly KPIs against annual budget and targets
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing / IT / Information Systems or related field
  • Able to speak in English
  • Minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems
  • Proven experience as a website and SEO specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practice
  • Knowledge of website UX/UI optimisation
  • Knowledge of web tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Yoast, Wp Rocket, Ahrefs, SemRush, Keyword Research etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML coding is an added advantage
