Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, particularly in finance, accounting, or outsourcing services. This role requires identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals with CFOs, Finance Directors, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for FAO services in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia & Middle East.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our outsourcing solutions.
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored FAO solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments in finance and accounting outsourcing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in finance, accounting, outsourcing, or professional services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Network: Existing connections with finance leaders in Malaysia is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and digital sales strategies.
