Membership Sales & Lead Generation- Actively seek and generate new leads through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, social media, outreach, and networking.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential members via calls, messages, and in-person consultations.
- Present and promote membership packages, addressing customer needs and objections effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets.
Customer Service & Member Retention- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all members and prospects.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding membership plans, personal training, and group classes.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with existing members to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally to enhance the member experience.
Payment & Outstanding Balances- Follow up with members who have outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Offer solutions to members facing difficulties in payment, such as alternative payment plans or promotions.
Marketing & Promotions- Support marketing campaigns by promoting special offers, referral programs, and free trial classes.
- Engage with potential members on social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Participate in gym events, community outreach, and workshops to attract new leads.
Administrative & Reporting Duties- Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and membership statuses.
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.
- Ensure accurate records of membership agreements and payment transactions.
