Membership Sales & Lead Generation

  • Actively seek and generate new leads through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, social media, outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential members via calls, messages, and in-person consultations.
  • Present and promote membership packages, addressing customer needs and objections effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets.

    Customer Service & Member Retention

    • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all members and prospects.
    • Assist members with inquiries regarding membership plans, personal training, and group classes.
    • Conduct periodic check-ins with existing members to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
    • Handle feedback and complaints professionally to enhance the member experience.

      Payment & Outstanding Balances

      • Follow up with members who have outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
      • Offer solutions to members facing difficulties in payment, such as alternative payment plans or promotions.

        Marketing & Promotions

        • Support marketing campaigns by promoting special offers, referral programs, and free trial classes.
        • Engage with potential members on social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
        • Participate in gym events, community outreach, and workshops to attract new leads.

          Administrative & Reporting Duties

          • Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and membership statuses.
          • Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.
          • Ensure accurate records of membership agreements and payment transactions.

  • Achieve at least SPM education
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Strong Communication Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional language is preferred
  • Proficient Customer Service and Problem-solving Skills to understand customer concerns by listening attentively and responding appropriately.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accuracy while managing different activities.
  • Mandarin speaker will be preferable
