  • Customer Onboarding – Guide customers through the entire onboarding process, including sign-up, registration, account verification, and setup.
  • User Engagement – Ensure a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience while demonstrating how IT can add value to their business.
  • Performance Metrics – Take ownership of conversion, engagement, and customer NPS for startup customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all client records meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Client (KYC) regulations within required timeframes.

  • Education – Diploma or higher.
  • Language Skills – Proficient in Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
  • Experience – Minimum 2 years in onboarding, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Problem-Solving – Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.
  • People Skills – Passionate about communication & customer interaction.
  • Growth Mindset – Positive attitude with a willingness to learn & improve.
  • Emotional Intelligence – Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage customer frustrations.
