    • Manage and allocate project resources efficiently.

      3. Document Management

      • Organize, archive, and maintain project-related documents, ensuring both security and completeness.
      • Draft, review, and update project documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
      • Assist in preparing project reports, contracts, and other essential administrative paperwork.

        4. Other Administrative Support

        • Manage daily administrative tasks, such as greeting visitors and answering calls, ensuring smooth office operations.
        • Take on additional assignments as required by management to support overall team success
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Associate degree or higher, preferably in management, secretarial studies, or Mandarin language-related fields.
  • Project Management Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field; familiarity with project management tools and processes is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong coordination abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Document Management Expertise: Well-versed in document management procedures with excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and capable of basic computer operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous, responsible, and capable of working under pressure with a focus on accuracy.
