The Job:

  1. Strategic HR Advisory
    -
    Advise the CEO on workforce planning, employee exits, restructuring, and company growth strategies.
    -Ensure business decisions align with employment laws and minimize risks.
    -Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that support the company’s long-term goals.
  2. Payroll & Compensation (Malaysia & Oversea)
    -
    Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and oversee payroll operations in other countries.
    -Ensure accurate salary calculations, statutory contributions and tax compliance.
    -Collaborate with external payroll vendors and local HR teams to ensure smooth payroll processing in regional markets.
    -Work with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement across all locations.
    -Stay updated on payroll legislation changes and ensure compliance in all operating regions.
  3. Talent & Culture Development
    -
    Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
    -Develop and implement leadership development and performance management programs.
    -Enhance employee experience through learning & development initiatives and well-being programs.
  4. HR Operations & Compliance
    -
    Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
    -Ensure compliance with labor laws in all operating regions.
    -Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
    -
    Act as a trusted HR advisor, handling employee concerns professionally.
    -Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
    -Ensure fair and legally compliant employee exits, including payroll finalization.
