- Review and process staff claims submitted for reimbursement.
- Ensure all claims are following company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a systematic record of claims and ensure timely approval and payment in system.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions.
- Enter collection data into the system and ensure IT is accurately reflected in account receivable.
- Match collections with outstanding invoices to effectively reduce account balances.
- Issue accurate and timely invoices to clients/customers.
- Ensure that invoicing details align with contracts and agreements.
- Assist with resolving any issues related to billing.
- Assist with general accounting administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of accounting records and employee claims information.
- Support ad-hoc financial reporting and data entry tasks as requested.
- Preferably experience in financial, accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles claims processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficient in data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
