  • Review and process staff claims submitted for reimbursement.
  • Ensure all claims are following company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain a systematic record of claims and ensure timely approval and payment in system.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions.
  • Enter collection data into the system and ensure IT is accurately reflected in account receivable.
  • Match collections with outstanding invoices to effectively reduce account balances.
  • Issue accurate and timely invoices to clients/customers.
  • Ensure that invoicing details align with contracts and agreements.
  • Assist with resolving any issues related to billing.
  • Assist with general accounting administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of accounting records and employee claims information.
  • Support ad-hoc financial reporting and data entry tasks as requested.
  • Preferably experience in financial, accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles claims processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Proficient in data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
