  • Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to help develop and drive sales strategy for the company
  • Serve as an adviser to the company’s Business Leaders and identify opportunity/risk for the company
  • Be a key spokesperson of Bufab solutions and brand and a trusted partner of our customers
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to identify business opportunities and propose value-driven solutions (ask the right questions to gain insights).
  • Actively engage in customers’ R&D processes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Introduce and promote Bufab’s digital and logistics tools to enhance customer efficiency.
  • Manage customer relationships strategically by prioritizing key accounts and developing a focused sales strategy for the market.
  • Utilize creative selling techniques to offer solution-based services, assess risks, and execute effective planning and project management.
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze market demand to generate accurate sales forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Uphold professionalism in sales and key account management while strengthening Bufab’s brand presence through trade promotion events as needed.
  • Strive to achieve business targets and continuously enhance efficiency through smart planning and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical, engineering or business management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing industry
  • Fluent in English communication both written and verbal
  • Good communicator and can make yourself understood at any level of the business
  • Good listener, outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solver with “can-do” attitude
  • Experience in supporting multi-functional projects in an international work environment with remote locations
  • Positive mindset, with a strong interest in developing relationships with stakeholders
  • Ambition to be a part of an international, highly engaged team
  • Ability to drive change processes
  • Effective time and stress management, able to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good sense of supply chain management and quality assurance
  • Computer literacy both in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Business Nature: Building materials, construction hardware and materials for construction
  • Basic Salary: RM 6000 - RM 8000
  • Transport Allowance
  • Performance Bonus: up to 3 months
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday. normal working hours
