Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities: >Assists the facility maintenance leader with the coordination of daily work activities. >Support the department with technical troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire life safety and lighting control. >Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedule. Records keeping of all maintenance activities in the Log Book. >Identification, scheduling and coordination of outside service providers to ensure timely, efficient and quality repair. >Coordinates subcontractor work schedules to ensure timely completion of contract agreement preventive maintenance activities. >Plan meeting to interpreter needs and development of event expense estimates, expense forecasting and scheduling of resources. >Available to work on-call, irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays. >Handle emergency situations when machine breakout. >To handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by management. Requirements: >Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. >At least 2 year of working experience in similar capacity. >A team player who is able to work independently and exercise good judgement. >Resourcefulness is an essential skills for problem solving. >Self-motivated, pro-active, organized and sense of responsibilities. >Positive working attitude.
