  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including online inquiries, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate and maintain a database of leads from social media, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.

Customer Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Understand customers' needs and provide detailed information on Nawwarah Travel’s Umrah, Hajj, and travel packages.
  • Educate clients on itinerary details, accommodation, flights, visa requirements, and other essential travel arrangements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and word-of-mouth referrals.

Sales Execution & Conversion

  • Conduct professional sales presentations (online & face-to-face) to individuals and groups.
  • Negotiate package pricing, close sales, and ensure a smooth booking process.
  • Manage the entire customer journey from inquiry to booking confirmation.

Corporate & B2B Sales (Institutional Sales)

  • Establish partnerships with mosques, religious organizations, universities, and corporate entities for group bookings.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for potential corporate clients.
  • Negotiate bulk pricing and contracts for B2B clients.

Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on market demand, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners).
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to run online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media professionally and promptly.
  • Create engaging content such as testimonials, promotions, and travel tips.

Event & Roadshow Management

  • Organize and participate in travel fairs, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, banners, and marketing materials.
  • Engage with attendees to promote Nawwarah Travel’s packages.

Branding & Public Relations

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and travel bloggers for collaborations.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and blog posts to enhance brand visibility.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and industry demands.
  • Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer reviews to identify opportunities.
  • Suggest new travel products or package improvements based on market insights.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and ethical sales practices.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, visa policies, and airline requirements.
  • Provide training to new sales team members when necessary.
  • Continuously improve sales and marketing skills through training and professional development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Target Achievement – Monthly and annual revenue targets met or exceeded.
  • Lead Conversion Rate – Percentage of inquiries converted into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Satisfaction – Positive feedback and minimal complaints from clients.
  • Marketing ROI – Effectiveness of campaigns in generating leads and conversions.
  • Event & Promotion Effectiveness – Success of roadshows, social media engagement, and offline promotions.

Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum education is Primary school.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
  • Candidates with professional certifications in sales/marketing (e.g., CIM, Google Digital Marketing) will have an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • Experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, especially in high-ticket items like Umrah & Hajj packages, is preferred.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and social media advertising.
