An Idea What You'll Do
- Manage the Calendar: Organize meetings, appointments, and key dates to keep everything running seamlessly
- Streamline Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for calls, emails, and messages, keeping everyone in the loop
- Plan Travel: Arrange both business and personal trips – from booking flights and accommodations to drafting detailed itineraries
- Run Errands: Efficiently handle daily errands and deliveries, using your own vehicle when needed
- Oversee Household Tasks: Coordinate with service providers and manage everyday home operations
- Handle Special Projects: Step in on ad hoc tasks and projects, from event planning to personal appointments
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
