As Module/SSD CEM AOI/Xray lead Engineer, you are primarily responsible on leading an engineering team to define, developing and improving all inspection related processes or procedures in terms of quality, reliability, productivity, flexibility and cost of ownership for both mainstream or adhoc process flow.
Responsibilities
- Enable new inspection process/equipment capabilities.
- Evaluate new risks identified with new product/process.
- Provide engineering solutions and train workforce if necessary.
- Monitor new product quality metrics and bring it to maturity and sustain level.
- Feedback to NPI or design group on problems, potential problems / opportunities and DFM guideline.
- Maintain in-depth end to end process knowledge for HVM or sustaining product and process.
- Leading on inspection process characterization and recipe optimization and management.
- Develop, introduce, implement, and ensure effectiveness process control along FMEA and QCP for end to end process control.
- Maintain good documentation of process specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Provide throughput on EPT (Effective Processing Time) by improve capacity and maximize product output
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/ Material/ Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in Module/SSD manufacturing
- Strong technical know-how with proven problem-solving skills (7QC tools) and technical documentation
- Able to use Excel/ JMP for data analysis will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and with less job supervision.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets in a tight schedule with limited resources.
- Strong communication skills and coordinating abilities to work across various functional teams.
- Good and positive interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
- Knowledge of DFX/DFM/DFA is advantageous.
- Knowledge of FMEA, QCP, SPC and DOE is advantageous.
