Job Purpose As a Receptionist cum Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking skill is essential for this position. Ultimately, a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of the role include the following: Reception Duties General reception duties (e.g. incoming calls, attending to guests and visitors, handling of incoming/outgoing couriers and mails, etc.). General office building maintenance & repairs - (e.g. office lights, glass doors, etc.). General office equipment maintenance & repairs (e.g. copier, shredder, stationery items, pantry appliances, etc.). Booking management of office meeting rooms, meeting pod and related requests (e.g. seating capacity, equipment set-up & power-off after being use / Serving of refreshment to guest upon request, housekeeping of rooms, etc.). Update of desk phone directory.
