Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Finance Manager to join our team in Kajang. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of finance, accounting, and auditing practices. As a key member of our finance department, you will manage a team of finance professionals and ensure that financial operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily financial operations of the company and ensure that financial reports are accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. • Manage, lead, and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performance standards. • Review and manage financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents. • Perform monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and ensure the accuracy of all financial data. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, auditing requirements, and internal controls. • Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure smooth and efficient audit processes. • Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making. • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s growth and business objectives. • Supervise cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial functions. Key Requirements: • A recognized member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or equivalent professional body. • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in finance, with a preference for candidates who have experience working in audit. • Proven experience in managing financial operations, budgets, and leading a finance team. • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team of finance professionals. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
